About Chakavak
Chakavak Telecommunication, was founded in 2017 to develop telecommunications software based on VoIP technology. Formed through the collaboration of Pars Pooyesh and Nooran telecommunication, Chakavak aims to utilize and transfer executive knowledge and experiences accumulated over years in the vast telecommunications industry. At Chakavak, we strive to stay updated in the ever-changing and challenging telecommunications industry, which is also full of potential. Thus, our products are developed based on the latest industry standards, namely NGN/IMS.
Chakavak is one of the first Iranian producers of Soft Switch and SBC and the first Soft Switch equipped with an online charging system in Iran. Our Soft Switch and SBC, developed by Iranian specialists, feature a unique architecture. This architecture allows not only for unlimited capacity but also for features such as redundancy and high availability. Additionally, Chakavak is the first company in Iran to produce a hosted PBX contact center system with the SaaS model, which has received an innovation certificate.
